These documents are not mere updates; they represent a complete overhaul of our legal governance, specifically designed to support the complexity and global reach of our diverse new services, all while placing <strong>digital trust and user control<\/strong> at the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f6cadb65ba65f6ddbe73ff445fd0e6c1\">The New Standard for Digital Trust<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our new policies are engineered to operate seamlessly across our entire spectrum of offerings, ensuring clarity whether you are a developer utilizing the Vanelton Console or a user enjoying a Volcam Studios game. This robust framework is built on two core principles: <strong>unwavering compliance<\/strong> and <strong>proactive transparency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We affirm our strict adherence to the <strong>Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709\/2018)<\/strong>. By formally identifying <strong>VANELTON MEDIA SOFTWARE LTDA<\/strong> as the definitive Data Controller, we solidify our legal obligations and provide a clear point of accountability for all users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8915481f5b23d279734bf7d95ce1421b\">Key Evolution in the Terms of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The updated Terms of Service introduce clarity, tighten security, and, most importantly, formalize our commitment to being a force for positive social change\u2014the <strong>Vanelton Media Standard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The Vanelton Media Standard: Commitment to Inclusivity and Safety<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a defining change. We have formalized our proactive stance on social justice and user safety. Section 4.1 of the new Terms introduces a binding <strong>Commitment to Inclusivity, Safety, and Social Justice<\/strong>. We actively seek to protect minorities and integrate social context into our service management.
